Berry’s Boba Matcha near Pier 39 was such a random but nice find. I was just there to see the sea lions and ended up spotting this little kiosk. They mostly do matcha drinks and soft serve, lots of diff flavors. I got the peach matcha (I usually go for strawberry but wanted to switch it up), it was pretty good. Didn’t expect much from a tourist spot drink place but it surprised me. Flavor was refreshing, nice matcha and not too sweet. Price is a bit high, but yeah… it’s Pier 39 so kinda expected lol. Overall a solid place if you’re walking around the area and want some matcha.

Berry's Boba & Matcha helps scratch an itch in the Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf area which lacks a serious boba contender. I've seen other shops come and go so I was curious to see how this spot would hold up. They offer a wide variety of classic boba drinks with an emphasis on a collection of matcha concoctions. I went with a Matcha Milk Tea with Oat Milk and Boba to keep things simple. You order off the machine and wait for your number to be called. It took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my drink which felt longer than most boba shops I frequent. As for the taste, I thought my drink was alright. The matcha wasn't mixed in with the milk very well so it ended up where a lot of powder was collecting at the bottom of my drink. For nearly $10, I can't say my drink was necessarily worth it. However, it did satisfy me enough to keep me going in my day here in tourist town. Come if you have no other option of getting boba elsewhere.

Cute shop with good boba drinks and coffee. Excellent matcha as well. Perfect on a hot day by the pier. $7 a drink or so and you order from the machine.

I tried berry Boba matcha for the first time when I was in SF for weekend for Formula 1. After nice hike and walk at the beach I was thirsty and I seen this place while walking on Pier 39. I got to try a couple of their drinks. I tried the iced strawberry matcha and also their iced coconut matcha. Both were very delicious! This matcha is incredibly smooth and earthy & little sweet no bitterness at all. Both flavors were very rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. You can customized the sweetness however you like. It was so good I went the next day and tried another matcha! This place gets very busy on The weekend but well worth the wait. I waited for 5-10 minutes. The Staff working there were very friendly & nice. the ambience was very nice outside and it's close to a lot of shops. if you're ever in the SF at the Pier 41 give this Matcha place a try! Worth sipping on this drink as your waking down the Pier 39 watching the beautiful sunset by the beach. They also serve coffee and lattes as well I had to try the cappuccino so l can sip on the drive back home to Sacramento & that kept me up. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you Berry Boba 💚🍵🧋

I have finally found it—the absolute best Matcha fusion in town! 🍵✨ We treated ourselves to the Strawberry and Ube, and I am genuinely blown away. It’s a perfectly balanced masterpiece of earthy, creamy, and dreamy flavors. By far the most incredible, top-tier matcha experience I’ve ever had.
